HOW TO RENEW:
- Renew at your current tier or upgrade to a higher tier at checkout.
- Passholders are eligible to renew 6 months before their pass expires and up to 30 days after to unlock the new pass benefits.
- Use your 18-digit pass barcode plus first and last name to confirm renewal eligibility.
- You'll use your new renewal QR code after purchase.

You keep your existing pass benefits! You can view your benefits online here.
- For guests who are within the first 6 months of their Annual Pass, you can upgrade to another pass tier to unlock the NEW pass benefits for the remainder of your pass year. The credit for upgrading is the difference between how much you paid for your Annual Pass and the current Annual Pass price. This is only valid for Annual Passes that were paid in full. This is not valid for monthly pay.
- For guests who are eligible for pass renewals and have 6 months remaining on their Annual Pass or less, they can renew early and unlock the new benefits! You can renew to the pass level of your choice and start using your new QR code to unlock your new benefits. This is only valid for Annual Passes that were paid in full. This is not valid for monthly pay.
As a monthly member, you remain on your existing pass benefits. If you have reached the end of your initial 12 months and would like the new benefits, you have the option to cancel your current pass and start a new contract with the new benefits. To visit your monthly member portal, click here.
