Although jumping in muddy puddles from the rain is a fun adventure, sometimes inclement weather may require us to temporarily close or suspend some of our rides and attractions.
If a portion of our rides and attractions are closed for an extended period due to rain or inclement weather, Management will activate our "Rainy Day Promise.” If the Rainy Day Promise is activated, guests will be able to use their existing ticket for one more visit within one year from that date.
Please note, this does not apply to annual passholders or youth and education groups. Tickets may be subject to blockout dates. No refunds will be issued. See below for redemption instructions and available dates.
Hold on to the ticket you scanned to enter the Park on your original visit. Bring it back with you, along with your ID, for your return visit and head to Guest Services window. There, they will verify your tickets and provide you with a pass for that day.
